Architectural Highlights & Spatial Design
- Hillside Continuity
Every wall is drawn as a continuation of the slope, so the house reads as part of the land rather than an object placed on it.
- Material Honesty
Local stone, traditional lime plaster, and reclaimed terracotta keep the palette grounded in the hillside itself.
- Artisan Restoration
The house was restored over three years with local artisans, privileging handwork over imported finishes.

Craftsmanship & Quality
The craft of this farmhouse is slow and tactile: lime plaster worked by hand, terracotta recovered and reset, stone laid to follow the contour of the hill.
Nothing is applied as decoration. The same materials that hold the landscape together hold the rooms.
